We currently seek a

person with a biotechnology or biology background to work with the senior intellectual property team within our patent analytics department focusing on biologics and international patent analysis. Overview of Responsibilities:
Research and analyze international patent and regulatory issues for global service offering.
 Assist with complex scientific and regulatory issues.
 Review patent portfolios and pending patent applications.
 Prepare written summaries and analysis for senior intellectual property staff.
 Communicate with customers on complex scientific and patent matters and work internally with research staff, intellectual property team, and senior executives.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, or Biochemistry or related field required.
o Master's degree or PhD in applicable subject matter with interest in intellectual property preferred.
o Experience in patent searching or patent analysis preferred.
o Undergraduate-level knowledge of organic chemistry preferred.

Education:
Bachelor of Science in
Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, or Biochemistry or related field required. Master's degree or PHD in applicable subject matter with interest in Patent intellectual property preferred or attorney .
 Minimum of 5 (five) years of increasingly responsible, directly related experience during which knowledge, skills and abilities applicable to the position were demonstrated.
