  • Full Time Bookkeeper/Customer Service Representative
  • AM and PM responsibilities
  • Retail cashiering experience required, cash office supervision a plus
  • Extreme attention to detail, dependability, and organization required
Accounting bookwork practices at the store which includes the reconciliation and recording of drawers
Balance the office cash
Keep the Front End Manager fully informed of any discrepancies
Prepare timely and accurate bank deposits or assisting with preparation
Handle customer refunds
Greet and assisting customers who approach office to handles complaints and any special requests
Maintain and updating all office procedures and paperwork
Read all bulletins and office communications
Follow through on all company policies, procedures and practices relating to cash and handling cash
Ensure company void and refund policies are followed
Open and/or close the cash office
Promote continuous loss prevention and security awareness.
Accept responsibility for the cleanliness and condition of the office.
May help distribute biweekly paychecks and perform other duties as directed by the Front End Manager
