Job Scope Provide accounting support for the property management team, and function as a key member of this management team.

Principal Accountabilities

Process Accounts Receivable 

Make collections calls 
Enter cash receipts 
Enter billing adjustments 
Perform tenant ledger reconciliations

Process Accounts Payable 

Enter invoices 
Ensure proper audit trail and supporting documentation 
Maintain Sales Information 
Collection sales reports 
Enter sales into accounting system

Lease Analysis 

Review leases and leasing activity on permanent leases, ensuring accurate billings 
Review and/or calculate additional charges as applicable

Payroll 

Coordinate with HR/Payroll Dept. in reporting weekly, vacation and sick hours 
Review and maintain department employee assignments and time allocations 
Assist the property accountant as needed

Associates degree in accounting preferred
