Established Construction Corporation has an immediate Full Time opening for experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
The ideal candidate must have stable and verifiable bookkeeping experience, strong and current knowledge in Quick Books 2013 version, extreme organizational skills, and professional demeanor.
The person in this role will be responsible but not limited to:
- Running payroll twice a month, managing payroll taxes
- Accounts Payable: enter invoices, pay bills, process payments to suppliers
- Bank account and credit card reconciliations
- Preparing monthly reports for the Company President
- Managing GST and other tax and accounting requirements in liaison with external
- Other financial functions as needed
To be considered for this position, you will need to possess the following key attributes:
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- 2013 Quick Books Experience is a must.
- Current Experience with ADP
- Great communication skills and a team player
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- MS Dynamics experience is preferred
- Spanish is a Plus
Compensation starts at $16.00hr
