This is a part-time, non-permanent position.

Perform retail customer service, cash register operation, inventory, receiving & stocking and clerical work.

Examples of Duties:
Perform a variety of routine duties, including but not limited to:
Assists customers
Operate cash registers; receive cash; make change; quote prices; cash checks as authorized; process and handle charge and credit card sales.
Receive and stock merchandise on shelves
Prepare and return merchandise
Answer the phone and take messages
Read & proof communications
File documents
Perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Operate office equipment such as computer, typewriter, calculator and copy machine
Participate in physical inventories: prepare & maintain inventory records as directed.
Performs other work as required
In all aspects of work performed, keep all information confidential Applicant must have:
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Be able to follow directions
Be a self starter
Have no lifting restrictions, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

6 months retail experience
Basic computer knowledge/skills
