Hi, my name is Lindsay, and I am an artist, an educator, and a self-proclaimed neat freak. I enjoy spending time with my children, listening to music (The Doors and Radiohead are personal favorites), and cleaning…..yes really! My primary focus at Appleton is providing support to all members of the Appleton management team.
What I love most about working at Appleton is getting to be a part of an award winning company, that is a leader in its industry, and watching it develop from a small local business into a national franchise and a household name. My name is Lindsay – I'm a wife, I'm a mother, and I'm an Appleton employee.
As Branch Administrator, you serve as the primary point of contact for all past, current and future Appleton Clients. First and foremost, you are responsible for ensuring that Appleton exceeds the expectations of each and every client. You will serve as the initial point of contact for future clients, giving them your undivided attention and answering all their questions before enrolling them into the Appleton Family. Your understanding of the Appleton Advantage and engaging personality will ensure that the client enters our program in the proper way. You have knowledge of consultative selling and understand that all business development is about building relationships. Your attention to detail is rivaled only by your crisis-management skills. You can work with a team in the field or alone in the office with equal vigor. You embrace that many administrative tasks are integral to your success, but understand that they alone are not the job. No task is beneath you if it furthers your success and the company's mission.
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Complete computer literacy within Microsoft Office
Experience in consultative or transactional selling in a B2C environment
An ambitious and driven personality with strong powers of persuasion
Willingness to own every aspect of exceeding our client's expectations
A proven ability to excel in a high volume, high pressure environment is a must
We do not require a minimum degree or education level. Instead, we are looking for a true rock star and a genius at consultative selling and customer service who can demonstrate that genius in tangible ways.
