The Branch Administrator is responsible for providing payroll and administrative support for the Soldotna branch management team. Duties must be performed consistent with company vision and values and adherence to company policies and procedures. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Payroll duties – enter time sheets to payroll and work orders
  • Operate switchboard in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative and data entry duties as assigned
  • Accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Establish, maintain, and revise electronic and paper files for the branch
  • Provide support to office supervisors
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
  • High School Diploma
  • 3- 5 years of previous experience working in an office environment in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively with co-workers and management in a team environment
  • Intermediate skills in using MS Office and the ability to learn new software
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Reliable, dependable and excellent attendance
