Position Summary:
The primary purpose for this position is to maintain the high professional image of Sirius Computer Solutions to both internal and external customers by acting as the administrative attendant and greeting visitors in a professional manner. This position also provides general office support.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
•Greets vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors, and arranges for transportation services, when needed
•Operates a switchboard or telephone console to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls
•Distributes incoming mail and packages; prepares outgoing mail and packages for shipping using postage meter and or shipping/courier supplies
•Oversees general office administrative duties Maintains company phone directory
•Updates and maintains Employee Mailboxes
•Maintains vendor relations withIron Mountain
•Responsible for escorting vendors through office for various purposes such as picking up shred bins and boxes to be moved off site
•Provides administrative support duties to the organization as needed
•Serves as back up person for the the other corporate Branh Administrators
•Other duties and projects as assigned

Primary Requirements
Basic Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Minimum of two years experience in an administrative, switchboard, or similar position
•Demonstrated knowledge of common office practices, procedures, and equipment
•Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Other Requirements
•Demonstrated attention to detail and follow through skills
•Demonstrated inter-personal skills to deal effectively with visitors/customers both direct and over the telephone
•Demonstrated skills in multi-tasking
•Demonstrated skills in proofreading and editing

Preferred Requirements
•Working knowledge of Cisco phone system
