PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Supports 2-3 Managers 2. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: creating & maintaining customer files, photocopying, faxing, mailing, etc. 3. Gathers, summarizes and prepares data for key statistical reports, budgets, forecasts, etc. Strong MS Office experience will be essential, experience is also helpful. 4. Setup and coordinate meetings & take meeting notes 5. Prepare reports for management team 6. Coordination of building maintenance w/ property manager 7. Scheduling interviews for management 8. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member 9. Responds to customer inquiries/complaints in accordance with established policies and procedures. 10. Opens, sorts and distributes mail for assigned area. Develops written reply to routine correspondence or questions. 11. Other duties as assigned, including assistance with Collections. EXPERIENCE 1. Must have a minimum 2-3 years experience as an administrative assistant 2. Knowledge & experience working with Microsoft Office products 3. Strong communications skills & good telephone etiquette. 4. Ability excel under pressure conditions – organizational skills are essential 5. Ability to type 40-50 wpm. 6. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
