DESCRIPTION

Opportunity for an aspiring Branch Manager!

Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union has been chartered since May 18, 1936. Over the years our charter has expanded to include other local government jurisdictions and entities in its field of membership. We are a community chartered Credit Union who serves anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers or attend school in Nassau County. We have grown to over $400 million in assets, serving over 30,000 members in four locations with additional offices available through the shared service center network.

DUTIES

As the Syosset Branch Manager, you will oversee the entire branch and have the ultimate responsibility for the branch's performance - both sales and operations. The Branch Manager will be required to coach and direct their employees while building a highly motivated team. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring branch sales growth and member retention. Minimum of 3 years financial institution management experience and a 4 year degree required.
This is an on-site location with one of our partnership groups.

Exemplary leadership, proven track record of developing and coaching high performance sales and service teams, and strong decision-making skills to assist in discovering members' needs and handling personnel issues.

Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding member service, achieving both member satisfaction and retention.
Ability to analyze member's needs and recognize service opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.

QUALIFICATIONS

4 year college degree and a minimum of three years branch management experience. eeo.m/f/v/h.
