Branch Managers drive the sales goals and sales processes of the branch through training, mentoring, coaching and motivating the branch staff. Seek and develop new relationships while strengthening and retaining existing member relationships, manage the overall success of the Eldorado branch both in sales and operations.
Responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships to increase market share for Texans Credit Union along with enhancing the financial well-being of current members. It is expected that this person will spend 50% of their time in direct sales and 50% in managing staff. This position also partners with the Teller Supervisor to efficiently and effectively run the branch and ensure products and services are delivered in a manner that adheres to the organizational policies and procedures, guidelines and state and federal regulations.
