Who do we want?
The ideal candidate will be reliable and energetic, excited about starting a new branch, analytically aware, will possess four or more years of successful retail management experience, will set a standard of excellence in service, in phenomenal employee and customer relations, and in demonstrating year over year growth. Experience in running a profit center, coordinating/maintaining inventory levels, servicing customers and engaging in A/R, collections and banking, strong MS Office, database, and report-crafting skills, strong written and verbal presentation skills, successful experience training and motivating employees, knowledgeable of employment law, be a person of integrity, customer-centric, courteous, prompt, attentive, positive, seeking continuous improvement and team-advancement, and have a strong value for health and safety.
A person in this position is responsible to lead branch personnel to excellence in servicing the customer and growing the business, selection and training of new employees, evaluation of and encouragement for improved employee performance, production of reports, and function as proxy to the manager in all duties. Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are contributed. Familiar with a variety of battery concepts, practices and procedures.
