We are looking for a Brand Experience Leader who will help us create unprecedented brand experiences for GE. You will be part of GE’s Global Brand Marketing team and GE’s User Experience Center of Excellence, dedicated to leveraging digital technologies to drive revenue and customer value for GE’s businesses.
Role summary continued:
You will work with some of the best external agencies and internal technology leaders in enhancing GE’s brand portfolio. You will be a core member of a dynamic, fast-paced global team. You will also liaise with all of GE’s businesses as you help them foster brand affinity in their customers.
Act as a leading member of the Global Brand Marketing team, representing the face of high quality design efforts. This includes participation in all aspects of brand experience: research, ideation, strategy, design, production, and success measurement.
Lead project teams to successfully launch projects based in customer and business value while supporting strategic initiatives for GE’s businesses.
Be a subject matter expert in the area of brand, design, technology and engineering. Stay up to date on current trends in social media, marketing, and advertising.
Manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, content strategists and agencies to create cohesive expressions.
Build relationships with GE’s businesses to develop and champion concepts for brand and marketing.
Be part of GE’s global business community.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related function
Minimum 10 years’ experience in any / all of the following: brand, UX, design, digital or marketing
Strong communication skills to convey concepts and information appropriately and in a timely manner.
Effective project management skills including the capability to define goals, develop plans, and manage solutions.
Design skills to ensure that our efforts appropriately reflect expressions of GE’s values and intended customer experience.
An innovative problem solver and has his/her fingertips at the pulse of emerging digital marketing trends.
