Brand Strategist (Social Marketing focus)

360i is looking for an outstanding Strategist to help our iconic clients win in digital and social marketing.

This person will work with clients to identify specific business opportunities, leverage findings from the Insights team and then apply the knowledge to develop powerful creative and communications strategies.

The Strategist will own development of the creative brief and will partner with Creative, Account, Community Management, Digital PR and Media to ensure agency teams stay true to the strategic vision and voice though campaign development and rollout.

5+ years success in developing big ideas that forge strong emotional connections between brand and consumer

A demonstrated passion for social media and knowledge of how to leverage it to achieve marketing goals.

Innate curiosity, aptitude and hands-on approach. You understand and search out better understanding of what makes things tick (from marketing, brands, advertising, communications, culture, economy, people, etc) to find core customer insights that take complex business challenges and turn them into simple solutions that drive overall brand engagement, get results and has a "wow" factor

Passion for delivering strategic solutions as well as rolling up your sleeves and bringing those ideas to life

Demonstrated ability to build relationships (internally and with clients)

Great story teller/presenter, and history of pitching and winning business from new and existing clients

Dynamic, innovative marketer with strong analytical skills, business acumen and industry presence who has a passion for ideas and building business

The ability to thrive in an environment that values entrepreneurialism and results and work across a matrix environment
