Provide friendly, attentive, and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. The primary objective is to create a personalized experience for our guests that will make them want to return and bring friends.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable, provide them with a unique and personalized dining experience. Let them know you are there to attend to their request.
Dazzle your guest with your menu knowledge.
Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant or Hotel functions and services.
Perform running side work and opening & closing duties throughout your shift as required by service station assignment.
Maintain a clean and organized work and service area.
Ensure guests are satisfied with the beverage, food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Teamwork – Offer or ask for help to your fellow team members as situations arise.
Thank your guests by name (if a credit card is used) for their visit and invite them to return.
Have the ability to hand carry a minimum of three plates. All servers will be sharing in the food running.
Must be willing to have FUN.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience as server in a high volume full service restaurant
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and special events unless approved by Manager
Must have good communication & organizational skills
Must have a high level of honesty and integrity
Must be able to work quickly & efficiently and take direction
Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a POS system.
