We are excited to launch the Bridge Impact Fellowship – a rare opportunity for talented individuals from around the world to join us in delivering sustainable, high quality primary education to the millions of children that survive on less than $2/day. Our Impact Fellows will come from diverse walks of life as former educators, entrepreneurs, process engineers, consultants and much more – and will use their invaluable career experiences to deliver extraordinary outcomes across Bridge.
Bridge Impact Fellows will spend three to twelve months working closely with one team (this is not a rotational program). We expect Impact Fellows to play key roles across the entire Company, including in development, (research, real estate, planning, construction), operations (academy operations, quality assurance, supply chain), academics (curriculum, training), business operations, marketing, and technology. Impact Fellows will be thought leaders. We anticipate that almost all of our Impact Fellows will be initially based in Nairobi, Kenya.
