The Broker Advisor will be responsible for driving leads into the organization by working closely with brokers, agencies, and association partnerships. They will prospect through telemarketing and mail/email campaigns, conduct agency presentations, lunch and learn meetings, webinars and trade show appearances. They will also provide system training to broker agencies, employers and internal personnel. Position will create, grow and effectively manage the production of a broker pipeline that may consist of 2000+ brokers.
This position requires 3 years of previous industry experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Ideal candidate will also be a self-starter, able to work with little supervision, organized with ability to manage multiple projects. Must be a high school graduate or equivalent, college preferred; able to drive own automobile, have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift and carry 25-30lbs. Insurance license preferred.
