Minimum Age:

BA/BS Degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration, Environmental Science or
Policy OR Minimum of 5 year(s) of experience in working in a government office
planning department, grant manager, property acquisition, real estate or
environmental natural resource department.

Must be familiar with MS-Access and Excel and be able to generate reports.
Experience required with Windows, Fax, Copying Machine, MS Word, MS Excel,
MS Access
PowerPoint, MS Access (essential) Adobe Acrobat, Desktop Publishing,
LotusNotes, scanner, familiar with web conferencing methods

Support Brownfields program by providing management of data, production of
reports and fact sheets on a regular basis. Review cooperative agreements, work
plans, project reports, property profile forms and quarterly reports for key
measures and recommendations. Work with project officers, grantees and
headquarters to resolve discrepancies in tracked data.

Review grant work plans and progress reports to identify sites requiring
submission of property profile forms. Track and assist in submission of property
profile forms. Review property profile forms for completeness and accuracy, and
any resulting key measure data or Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA)
target accomplishments. Review documents, make recommendations to project
officer or program lead on reconciliation of data, enter information into
appropriate database. 30%
Design and maintain databases for use by Brownfields Team and Manager.
Produce reports and fact sheets for general purposes. 30%
Review headquarters data extraction reports and compare to Project Officer
submission. Work with project officer, program lead or headquarters staff to
resolve discrepancies. Participate in regional and national meetings, track
entry of data in Assessment, Cleanup and Redevelopment Exchange System (ACRES)
on a weekly or as needed basis. 30%
Draft Correspondence to grantees. Coordinate with project officer/program
lead to assist with verifying accomplishment data and general outreach efforts.

Overnight travel: 2-3 days, once or twice per year
