Responsibilities:

Budget Analyst duties shall include but are not limited to the development of plans including budgets and schedules to meet project requirements for several major portions of a program, ensure compliance with government and customer requirements are met, and brief training classes on required processes. Shall input student voucher data into the database ensuring all receipts and required information are in accordance with the course funding regulations; Track all vouchers submitted and provide professional and timely answers to student’s questions and/or
concerns concerning voucher issues; Monitor the progress of program requirements, provide orders processing and reconciliation of travel vouchers, and interface with customer to ensure financial
requirements for the organization and mission are met; Prepare financial reports, and conduct financial analysis, provide cost and trend analysis of the Program, and support financial reports and budget analysis.

Qualifications:

Contractor must have at least three (3) years of experience. Some college level course work in an associated discipline required, but an Associate's degree is preferred. Military experience is desirable.
