This is a professional level position that is responsible for Facilities Management’s (FM) monthly financial reporting, initiating
project budget set-up and project financial close-out. Ensuring accurate financial and project management reports are available to
project managers and senior management, ensuring the data is coordinated and reconciled between the Facilities Management
Maintenance software (TMA), the University Oracle Financial System (MAP), and FM’s project accounting system (PAL). Financial accounting abilities, including data analysis, report preparation, forecasting, budget preparation, detection of variances and problem
resolution, are necessary. Knowledge in Accounts Payable, Procurement, Project/Grants, and General Ledger system functionality
and the ability to apply applicable policies and procedures to maximize effectiveness of MAP , TMA, and PAL software applications
will be necessary.
