NOCO Energy Corp. is looking for a Bulk Plant Manager in our Cherry Creek location.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall profitability of the NOCO Cherry Creek operations. This manager is also responsible for the general direction and close supervision of employees involved in general sales as well as HVAC service, the delivery of fuel, propane, gasoline, and any other products. This position is responsible for a variety of accounting and operational functions, which may include property management, inventory control and warehousing, billing, accounts payables and accounts receivable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Environmental Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure and coordinate with department managers, supervisors, and outside vendors that the Environmental Health and Safety Program is implemented, followed, and documented for all employees.

Financial:
Responsible for the development of annual operating budgets.

Exercise responsible control of all costs and expenses and compliance with budget objectives.

Review monthly financial statements and implement corrective action for substandard areas.

Work with NOCO’s credit department on credit issues and accounts receivable and to establish a standard credit policy.

Serve as purchasing officer controlling and overseeing selection of vendors, use of purchase orders and approving all purchases.

Sales & Marketing / Customer Service:
Play key role in increasing residential heating oil, propane, retail station, HVAC sales and commercial sales.

Assist customers regarding billing, delivery or other concerns and coordinate resolution of customer problems and complaints.

Set sales, gallon and margin goals for NOCO Cherry Creek and develop a strategy to reach these goals in conjunction with General Manager Bulk Plants.

Work with NOCO’s Sales and Marketing staff to establish marketing strategy, including internal communications, direct mail, public relations, advertising, promotions, tradeshows and marketing budget management.

Operational:
Responsible for general supervision and staff development; this includes but is not limited to establishing staffing levels, scheduling, training, written evaluations, spot checks on workmanship, payroll and supplemental pay incentives.

Supervise all fuel and propane drivers in conjunction with the General Manager Bulk Plants and the Fleet Operations Manager.

Supervise service personnel in conjunction with NOCO’s HVAC Operations Manager.

Oversee the delivery department to ensure the best use of vehicles and personnel in conjunction with the Fleet Operations Manager.

Coordinate and manage daily inventory.

Coordinate maintenance of trucking fleet in conjunction with the Fleet Operations Manager.

Ensure conformance of D.O.T. Regulations.

Plans, assigns and or supervises the work of others.

Identifies needed areas of change and makes recommendations to improve operations.

Confer with department managers and supervisors to determine training needs.

Work with dispatch to maintain adequate fuel supply.

Fill in as required on operations needs as dictated by seasonal, emergency and weather constraints.

Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner. Promote a positive relationship with customers, vendors, coworkers and supervisors. Work as a team player, helping to meet department and company goals and objectives.

Experience and Education:
Posses a minimum of 5 years experience in the Petroleum industry.

Posses a minimum of 2 years professional experience.
