Cast Members (Asst SM Cashier Greeter Photographer & Bunny) You are Team player capturing the Magic of the visit with Bunny
Description As part of the Noerr Programs you are a Star of the Holiday Season You have the opportunity to provide a memorable & magical experience for anyone who visits the mall Be conscious of your actions the way you move will project and inspire a reaction Having fun and being happy will inspire the best reactions Always act professional even when you think no one is looking they usually are

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following Other duties may be assigned
All Cast Members take responsibility for safety on the set
All Cast Members are required to pass a background check
Engage all guests on and off the set (Everyone deserves your attention ) Cashier
The Cashier delivers a lasting impression to our guests Your smile and warmth is key You will assist with purchases and support them with further choices As the last person who engages our visitors you will be enhancing the experience with your role of fulfilling their needs
  • Handle cash checks or Credit Card payments from Guests
  • Follow correct procedures for each type of transaction
  • Learn Noerr Sales Presentation
  • “Up Sell” Greeter
The greeter is a team player with an important role to play Your enthusiasm for connecting with guest will set the tone that creates a positive experience for all of our visitors Your smile and ability to engage children of all ages will enhance the Magical atmosphere we create on the set
  • Greet all guests who approach the TNP Photo Set equally regardless of their intent to purchase their ethnicity language age or capabilities
  • Create a Welcoming Friendly Atmosphere – be polite to all guest while focusing on the children
  • Explain Packages and Various Products-Using Noerr’s Sales Presentation
  • Introduce Guests to Santa/Bunny assist parents to insure the children are securely on Santa/Bunny’s lap or chair
  • Communicate with the Photographer how many and which photo packages to take
  • Ability to keep the line moving
The photographer is a team player capturing the Magic of the visit with Santa/Bunny Your ability to engage the child and seize the moment is key to a great photo and a treasured memory Awareness and rapport with Santa/Bunny and the greeter set the stage
  • Take Pictures of Guest
Work with Santa/Bunny as a team in order to capture the Perfect Photo in one shot
  • Maintain Camera Equipment and Film Inventory on the Set
  • Notify Set Manager and/or Asst Mgr of any problems with Equipment or Media
  • Work as a Team with all Cast Members so photo-taking goes smoothly
Bunny Always stay in character Never remove the Bunny head in public Make sure you are wearing the mittens and feet at all times Bunnies never speak Be energetic and animated (especially between guests) Sit in chair&hellipDo Not lounge(Maintain proper posture) Be sure your hands are visible at all times Be able to lift 50-75 pounds but encourage parents to lift children onto your lap Ensure you have a good grip on each child before assuming possession of (taking hold of and positioning) them Never assume a child can walk (If handed to you hand them back Do not put them on the floor) Bunny-work inside a Costume/Head for approximate 4-8 hours (possible hot/humid environment may exist)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Basic Math skills Sales Oriented Ability to Function as part of a Team Ability to take initiative in greeting people Exceptionally outgoing warm personality Ability to remain Friendly and relaxed under pressure Ability to communicate with Guests especially children to ensure high quality of pictures and reduce number of retakes Ability to work well under pressure Knowledge of basic photography techniques and procedures Ability to maintain focus during prolonged photo-taking session
Language Ability Ability to read and interpret general business forms Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all managers cast Guests and the general public Good Communication Skills Second Language a plus
Supervisory Responsibilities Ability to Supervise Cast (Assistant Set Manager) Ability to give Instructions both Verbal and Written

  • Nature of work environment Typically a traditional indoor office environment but in certain areas some sets are outdoor sets
  • Attire Noerr Programs required - (Santa Season-Noerr Shirt &Tie Black slacks with belts black sock and Black Shoes Bunny Season-Noerr Shirt Khaki slacks with belt White or black shoes Purchase of Noerr Shirt required at most set All employees must supply slacks stocks and shoes) minimal jewelry (one ring and/or small single stud earrings in the ears) no other visible piercings or tattoos are acceptable Your personal appearance reflects on both you and the company Maintain good hygiene
The Cast is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the The Noerr Programs (TNP) Photo Set on a day-to-day basis The Cast works as a team as this makes things go more smoothly
