Reporting to the Bus Group Sales Manager, the Bus Group Sales Representatives is responsible for the effective promotion of Bus Group travel opportunities in local, regional, tourism and travel markets, with a focus on charter sales and group overnight sales. Develops and maintains a network of contacts to generate future group travel market opportunities. Meets and communicates with groups and individuals to promote group travel to the casino. Provides assistance to groups as it relates to the coordination of their group travel to the casino. Prepares group agreements for overnight group trips and works closely with other casino departments to coordinate group activities. The Bus Group Sales Representative will represent the company at on-site group sales events, casino/marketing/sales promotions, FAM tours and travel to various tradeshows and events. Continually maintains a focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, profitability, card utilization and group customer loyalty. Responsible and accountable for achieving performance goals, monitoring and reporting on results for all projects and tasks assigned. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills required to interact with customers and other team members at all levels of the organization.
Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
High school diploma or its equivalency required.
Associates degree in Marketing required.
Must have minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in tourism/hospitality, direct sales or marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous work experience with reservation systems is preferred.
Previous work experience in group sales is preferred.
