We are looking for a Business " Legal Affairs Administrator in our Los Angeles office to support the Executive Vice President, Business Affairs as well as the other members of the Business Affairs team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as executive and administrative assistant to EVP, Business " Legal Affairs: answer, screen and schedule phone and conference calls, schedule meetings, book heavy travel, maintain dynamic calendar, complete expense reports, print/scan/copy documents, prepare internal and external correspondence. Circulate contracts and other documents to internal executives and employees as well as external entities via hard copy, email, facsimile and courier. Maintain all electronic and paper filing systems and serve as liaison for all internal file requests.

Track option and term end dates using our online tracking database. Manage department workflow. Assist other members of the department with administrative duties. Handle special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative capacity in a law firm or the legal department of a network, studio or production company College degree. Exceptional organizational skills and scrupulous attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and a commitment to over-deliver.

A commitment to excellence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat a must. Experience reading and digesting a variety of legal documents is a plus. We are an equal opportunity employer.
