Job Description

This position is in the Conference

·

Manage operations in US conference centers local in US region (includes contractors)

·

Develop strategy for regional centers, better alignment with full service model

·

Maintain a level of standard operating procedures across all conference centers

·

Maintain all facilities in working order

·

Develop and challenge team, think forward with innovative ideas

·

Work on projects with Real Estate, project manager and AV

·

Develop strong relationship with facilities, building management companies and other support services

·

Gather budget info for metro NY and regional teams

·

Manage day to day of a New York conference center

Qualifications

6-7 years experience

Team Management Experience

Client relationship

Hospitality background

Budget knowledge

Strategy planning

Project management

Organizational skills

Familiar with project work

Prior experience in facilities management a plus
