We are looking for a proven Business Administrator who is enthusiastic and energetic to provide administrative support for a high energy team. In this role, you will support a Senior Director responsible for SharePoint, Visio and Project, Product Marketing Group within the Microsoft Office Division (MOD). Primary Responsibilities include:
Proactively manage a Sr. Director’s complex calendar with utmost attention to accuracy and timelines
Arrange domestic and international travel
Reconcile and process Sr. Director’s expense reports
Partner closely with the Managers on activities in support of business strategy, planning, and financials
Coordinate and schedule internal meetings
Identify, recommend, and implement solutions to departmental operations and process issues
Manage team aliases ensuring all aliases for the organization are up-to date and hierarchy is aligned
Update, maintain and provide accurate organizational charts for the organization
Coordinate department facility operations, including space planning and office moves in partnership with team business administrators
Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures
Building relationships with admin community
Complete special projects as needed
Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with confidential and sensitive information

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience supporting a senior manager at Microsoft or external role in a fast paced environment
Balanced skill profile including attention to detail, problem solving, organization and time management
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization
Ability to accommodate varying work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups
Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a “can-do” attitude
Must have a high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Strong working knowledge of MSFT internal tools such as Headtrax, MS Market, MS Expense, My Order and SharePoint
