The Business Analysis & Reporting Team is responsible for producing, managing and reporting data associated with business related metrics and will work to optimize the reporting of key performance indicators across the business.
This Business Analysis & Reporting Analyst position will be responsible for the following:
Collects and analyzes data for reporting and / or performance (trend) analysis.
Prepares a broad variety of reports and provides data and management information for clients, internal and / external audiences.
Participates in high level business initiatives and assists with all levels of metrics reporting.
May prepare and evaluate financial business plans, budget projects, variance review based on the needs of the business.
Working with lines of business and functional partners to identify data resources, content experts and decision makers to meet goals
Assist with the integration of data management and reporting associated with the integration of new groups/teams into the Investigations Services Division. Division.

5+ years relevant work experience in a business analyst/finance/reporting role

Team player with ability to build strong cross-business relationships - proven flexibility, adaptability and reliability
Excellent PC skills: proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Word, Visio) including macros, logic functions, graphing, pivot tables, vlookup, queries, etc and comfort with learning new software and other reporting tools -
Working knowledge of sharepoint
Excellent analytical skills
The ability to manage in a global environment and balance competing priorities
Strong negotiation and influence skills with all levels of organization..
Ability to understand complex problems while presenting them in simple terms.
Ability to communicate effectively with representatives of the Lines of Business, technology specialists, and vendors.
Proven ability to analyze processes and implement process improvements.
Ability to develop financial benefit forecasts from strategic initiatives
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Ability to create effective presentations using PowerPoint, Excel,
Undergraduate degree in Business, Mathematics, Accounting or Statistics
Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, or Statistics a plus
SAS and SQL knowledge a plus
Knowledge of Fraud Case Management Systems and Fraud Prevention Analytics a plus
