Travis County Clerk's Office has an opening in its Computer Resources Division. This position requires very little traveling (no overnight travel) and only within the boundaries of Travis County. We are looking for individuals who want to work in a progressive, challenging and team-oriented work environment that accelerates employee growth and recognizes performance. The position's duties include evaluating, documenting and modeling moderate to complex business processes and requirements. Must be able to assess and analyze business environment, define scope of business problems, capture stakeholders' requirements and design high-value solution approaches.

Prefer experience with Oracle Business Process toolset to include Business Process Architect, Simulator and Publisher. Previous ideal experience would include Misdemeanor/Civil/Probate County Case Management Systems.

The ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a directly related field from a 5-year accredited university, 5+ years of relevant work experience and professional certification. To be successful in the job the candidate must possess excellent analytical, communication, computer, time management, and problem solving skills. Additional characteristics include being a team player, self-starter, quick learner, the ability to plan/coordinate multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. The Travis County Clerk is composed of the following Divisions – Elections, Recording, Civil, Probate, Misdemeanor, Records Management, Accounting and Computer Resources.
