Corporate Systems Infrastructure (CSi)
is directly aligned with the Corporate Technology lines of business for end-to-end technology asset management and service delivery. The CSi team delivers solutions that address the unique technology drivers within Corporate Functions Technology client groups while ensuring centralized products and services are leveraged for their economies of scale. Responsibilities spans all CT technology vendors' infrastructure, development and business.
delivers timely solutions using the best design and implementation tools, including Service Oriented Architecture, Business Application Monitoring and Business Process Management, in order to continuously improve business processes while taking an outside-in, customer-centric perspective.
As a Business Analyst Lead for the CT Programs organization, your responsibilities will include:
LOB program coordination of GTI data center migration initiatives. (ESF 3.0, VSI, DC Exit) and file transfer initiatives (STE 5.0, Site-minder)
Partner with GTI resources on asset activities that impact the broader CT organization.
Act as consultant to the CT AD and Operations teams specific to the program’s book of work
Conduct meetings with GTI operation towers, AD teams within the CT LOB
Negotiate scheduling and validation of migrations with AD teams
Manage and take ownership start to finish of GTI Programs at the asset level.
Manage budget and resourcing for CT’s corporate program scope
Manage administrative systems (PRIME, ITSM) associated with planning and coordination activities
Manage off-hour execution and validation of migration activities which will require working up to two weekends a month
Maintain and update CT Corporate Programs SharePoint reporting site.
Attend weekly GTI CIS program management calls as CT representative.
Present to senior management on CT’s Corporate Programs overall status on a biweekly basis
The role may offer opportunity to work small projects related to the asset space

7-10 years of experience interaction with mid-level management. Ability to positively influence people at a variety of levels; both internally and externally
College degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience Demonstrable experience working on complex programs, projects, and large cross-functional teams
Strong quality assurance and process improvement experience - past operations policy and process development
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. MS Access experience preferred. Ability to compile data from multiple sources into single, coherent reports/charts
Ability to extract reports from online sources and work within online data bases
Data Quality skills. Ability to review data from multiple sources, identify inconsistencies & resolve conflicts
Data Analysis Skills. Ability to review data from multiple sources, understand it’s meaning, determine trends and areas of concern
Priority & Time Management. Ability to stay on task and on schedule to deliver required reporting by multiple, non-flexible deadlines
Demonstrable knowledge with functional requirements specification, complex project scoping, project management, and resource planning.
Experience in managing customer interaction
Strong communication skills - ability to work across teams to solve difficult, complex, and often politically charged issues
Past experience within an IT organization in the Financial Services industry preferred.
Past experience with inventory management and asset tracking systems preferred
Excellent consulting / relationship management skills. Ability to negotiate / mediate difficult, complex, and often politically charged issues
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills necessary for various audiences including executive management
Experience leading geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups
Experience and knowledge of Technology Infrastructure systems and solutions including SAN, NAS, Backup (NBU/TSM), Windows, Unix, Linux, AIX, and Virtualization
