Looking for a Sr BA for a long term contract with a possibilty for hire position with our direct client candidates must be available for In person interview ( No telephonic) Prerequisites Must have EComm best Practice experience Such as Portal design and development Strong analytical problem solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with both technology business and management staff Extensive experienceexposure in all the phases of a structured Software development lifecycle Business Analysis skills including requirements gathering (communicating with business to understand) analysis and documentation of the requirements Experience in the creation of Business Requirements Functional Specifications User Guides Testing Strategy Experience in structured functional testing including review of test scenarios test cases and executionsupport of User Acceptance Testing 247 oncall support of business users in a highpressure business environment for production support capacity daytoday operations Daily review of new incidents from business users which require same day resolution Documentation of issues and deadlines for these fixes Coordination with development team and Quality Assurance team to ensure the fix is developed and tested to meet the deadlines provided Follow up with the business users to advise once fixes have been deployed as well as follow up to ensure business users verify fixes and close open issuescalls Coordination of User Acceptance Testing for scheduled releases Knowledge of Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office Knowledge of shipping industry or logistics is a plus Preferred Prior leadership experience in delivering new systems and major enhancements Experience with the offshore model Proactive energetic and willingness to work in stressful and timesensitive environment Prior experience with the development of business processUnderstand fundamental project management best practices eg Scope management Risk Management Planning Tracking and Controlling If you meet the above qualifications please email me ASAP at kerriesilversearchinccom mailtokerriesilversearchinccom
