Position Summary: Support an FAA Project Leader with project management, analytic, financial, business support services.

Position Description: In addition to the Project Leader, this position will include a wide range of administrative assistance tasks for multiple team members involved with the project. While staying within the same general functional areas of support, specific tasks will vary as the project progresses through the different phases of development.

Examples of support required:
Perform analytical activities to provide management with accurate, timely and authoritative information and material to enable decisions to be made concerning all administrative matters.

Must handle sensitive or confidential material and information appropriately.

Maintain the Mangers' appointment calendar.

Review vendor invoices and reconcile monthly expenditures. Update financial records and upload monthly financial data updates.

Maintain spreadsheets, cuff records and databases used for project control.

Ensure that the manager is provided with background and the most current information on particular subjects before referring visitors by researching files and other documents for pertinent data.

Data entry for maintaining event tracking/status and financial databases.

Research information on a variety of subjects.

Make arrangements for travel, conferences, meetings, etc.

Plan, organize, and adjust fluctuating assignments.

Draft memos, letters, briefing charts, etc. as required for project execution.

Effectively format material provided by supervisor into clear and presentable documents.

Assist with information gathering to support the Project Lead's business plan.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and Two (2) years relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in field substantially related to Business Administration, i.e., Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, etc. and four (4) years FAA experience.
