- Work with business to develop and execute a downtime strategy
- Develop Call Center Strategy documents for Call Center Kickoffs
- Performs impact assessments & resolution plans
- Performs operational go-live preparations
- Performs post-deployment errors analysis and fix tracking
- Assesses, interprets, and analyzes customer needs and requirements.
- Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
- Solves complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.

- Bachelors (BS or BA) Big 4 Consulting Experience a plus
- U-Verse/Enabler Experience, Telegence Experience is a plus
- Telecom Experience a plus Billing Conversion Experience a plus SQL Knowledge a plus
