DMEautomotive History

Founded in 1982, DME began as a small company specializing in direct mail and has grown to a vertically integrated marketing company that employs over 500 people. Business Analyst

Coordinate business and IT cross-functional teams to develop business requirements using modeling techniques and tools. This person must lead effort, but have the ability to gather and a document requirement is required. Understanding of project life cycle. Functional Design - assist project team with designing functional specifications to meet the business requirements. Specifications will include creating user interface wireframes, documenting application behavior, data analysis, and business rules. Candidate should be well-versed in project management tasks, such as developing a project plan/work breakdown structure, compiling project status reports for management, managing scope. Business requirements gathering is an absolute must. Facilitate the creation of documented business requirements. Understanding of sql is plus. Ability to work in a dynamic team environment, building and maintaining working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. Devise and document a general system design based on the client's anticipated requirements. Experience producing professional quality work products such as process flows, use cases, screen mockups, business requirements and functional/system specifications. Solid documentation skills. 5 + years business analysis experience. Able to conceptualize and think creatively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must possess skill sets and demonstrate proven experience developing, improving and streamlining processes to meet established goals and objectives.
