Ensure data integrity of integrated reporting system as entered by partner agencies.
Review and approve/reject data entered, based on latest flighted information available
i. Review for completion of data based on timing of entry
ii. Review vanity and email URL tracking tags for online results capture.
iii. Review & check TFNs submitted to ensure no crossover between campaigns & projects.
Review and confirm list of projects that will flow into weekly reporting based on approvals/rejections
Research potential issues with tracking based on “no TFN/no URL” reports delivered weekly
Serve as point of contact for partner agencies to address questions & resolve issues regarding entries or outputs of integrated reporting system
Provide training to new agency contacts for entering information into integrated reporting system and the importance of accuracy and timing when doing so
Produce & communicate timing for data to be entered into the system on a weekly basis.
Act as liaison between Integration team & technology team to ensure system is fulfilling needs of AT&T & internal teams.
Oversee testing/updating of integrated system as developments occur, based on AT&T direction, communicating with and gaining support of internal stakeholders and agency partners
Create training/process documents for agency partners for any new developments in integrated reporting system.
Provide liaison between Enterprise Spectrum & partner agencies to ensure timely & accurate results for scorecards & dashboard.
Research potential issues with submitted URLs based on “no click report” provided by Scorecard team.
Troubleshoot issues &/or communicate updates to scorecard & forecasting team as needed based on information provided by partner agencies.
Consolidate weekly reporting documents from agency partners for incorporation into weekly presentation to key stakeholders at AT&T
Work with clients & partner agencies on a weekly/monthly basis to reconcile MCF funds submitted & received.
Manage & update consolidated DM, Catalog, EM & BI flight plan for Value segment according to defined business rules, based on latest information available, for use with committed, planned, actual analysis document
Work with clients & partner agencies across all AT&T lines of business to reconcile monthly reporting of Wi-Fi partner spend against AT&T contractual agreements.
Support/Management of list volume monitoring document and presentation for U-verse Acquisition and U-verse CLM segments.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent preferred.
3-5 years related experience, preferably in an agency environment.
Quality driven, detail-oriented, self-starter, good communication skills, team player, problem-solver, and initiative to take on additional work as time allows.
Knowledge of client management, proficient with Microsoft Office suite of programs, interactive and URL processes and functionality.
Comfortable with data reporting, keen insight into the business impact of accuracy in reports.
Tenacious in meeting deadlines, well organized, adept at managing peak workloads.
Demonstrated ability to maintain required performance level in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong organization and project management skills interfacing with all levels within the agency, as well as clients and vendors.
