Review existing related processes to understand business unit needs and issues.
Create detailed documentation outlining user needs and requirements.
Create and document recommendations on how to better facilitate those needs.
Prepare flowcharts to demonstrate functionality of new programs being proposed.
Creates cost-benefit analysis to demonstrate the value of proposed solutions.
Present ideas and recommendations to senior management in order to gain feedback and consensus on proposed process.
Create and manage detailed project plan to monitor implementation time-lines once proposed solution has been approved.
Test programs and work with programmers in the resolution of questions or issues.
Coordinate testing with end user when system changes are implemented.
Create documentation manuals for new programs and processes.
Communicate new processes to business operations.
Work with business units to test, install, and monitor new programs and processes.
Review and evaluate changes once implemented to determine how well they meet the original need.
Conduct operational effectiveness reviews to ensure systems are applied and functioning as designed.
Implement updates and resolve errors to maintain system after implementation.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Creativity, self-motivation, organization, attention to detail, inquisitiveness and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of management and third party vendors.
Strong analytical and project management skills required.
Aptitude to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in business related field with minimum GPA of 3.25 (General Business, Mathematics, Accounting, Marketing, Management, Statistics, Economics, etc.).
