· Experience in the analysis and documentation of information system projects.
· Advanced skills in MS Office including MS PowerPoint and MS Visio
· Experience in the health insurance industry
· Fully bilingual- written and spoken (English/Spanish)
· Ability to communicate effectively (written / spoken) at all levels (executive, management, peers)
· Ability to work under pressure and various tasks at the same time
· Ability to complete project deliverables with minimum supervision (Self-started / Result oriented)
· CBAP or PMP certification a plus
· Experience as a project manager a plus
