are essential to the cost effective and productive operation of internal enterprise business systems Serve as a core member of a team that Develops a deep understanding of the business systems and applications required to support internal enterprise operations and effective execution on business goals Example systems include content relations management and bug trackers (excluded are Content Management Unit systems) Works with enterprise architects to identify options and select the most effective solution and with internal and external engineering resources to deploy solutions Provides ongoing subject matter expertise and technical and user support for deployed solutions working with external vendors as needed Builds buy in across the organization for adopted solutions and related process changes monitors for changes in business needs and market offerings for impact on adopted solutions Provides highly responsive application support at the desktop level to 450+ user base Embodies the unit values of Agility Transparency Commitment Accountability Collaborative Partnership and Ambition Work collaboratively with others by arranging and facilitating effective meetings to achieve the goals of the group and organization with regards to all enterprise business systems Analyze and understand complex business problems architecture and data flows propose costeffective solutions identify ROI metrics consistent with business vision and direction Analyze and understand the current state processes to ensure that the business and technical project teams understand the context and implications of change and identify methods to improve efficiency (considering future state) Produce and maintain high quality documentation that includes but not limited to Vision Documents Functional and Nonfunctional Requirements Documents Process Documents Use Cases Test Cases Solution Options Analysis Risk Documentation and Management Manage business expectations through careful and proactive communications regarding requirements and changes Provide guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project objectives What we are to ongoing growth of self and others Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field 35 years Business Analyst experience Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business needs and clearly communicate these to others Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users managers technical staff and subject matter experts while building consensus Excellent listening skills with the ability to dive deeper than spoken requirements to expose the root need and aligning intricate details with the big picture and vice versa Proven ability to construct and maintain excellent documentation with varying levels of detail for different audiences Strong analytical skills required with the ability to analyze complex problems interpret operational needs identify creative solutions and develop new strategies and procedures when needed Strong understanding of systems development life cycle business process analysis business requirements definition and testing strategiesplanning Willingness to travel (1020) and afterhours support and prompt pager response Desired Qualifications Proven experience with solutions tied to CRM content management solutions line of business and back office applications financial applications and databases Graduate studies in relevant subject fields (eg business computer science) You have used business process modeling tools such as Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) Experience collaborating with remote stakeholders and technical teams Content Management System (CMS Expereince), Bachelors degree, Business Analyst
