Specific Responsibilities Provide a consistent level of outstanding service to vendors, providers, co-workers, sales partners and clients. Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors/providers.

Develop and maintain an understanding of vendor/provider pricing, products, services, and infrastructure Contact vendors and providers to ensure customer information records are accurate and remain up-to-date. Review customer services and invoices according to department schedule and client needs for potential savings and benefits analysis. Use existing tools to determine service availability with applicable providers in relation to client's requested or existing services. Provide price quotes and solutions using established templates to compare current communication expenses versus proposed expenses.

Provide explanation and clarification of your solutions to management, other departments and outside sales team as necessary. Maintain accurate records of all documented savings for each client, partnering with other associates and departments as necessary. Notify appropriate departments of billing discrepancies discovered during invoice review. Participate in department meetings.

Prepare research and presentations for meetings as assigned. Manage work time responsibly and efficiently. Seek to serve other team members when all individual responsibilities are caught up.
