Would like to get a candidate that is interested in the RighttoHire opportunity Past experience as a technical writer or business analyst specifically in an eCommerce team or project Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (versions 2003 2007 or 2010) Excellent written communication skills with a command of IT related terminology Wellversed in Internet technologies and user interface standards Knowledgeable in entityrelationship diagrams use cases workflow and process diagrams and experienced in producing such documentation Problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems in a selfstarter capacity This position requires a high level of documentation to produce content for company website such as but not limited to user guides user screenshots online demos (videos) and requirements documents and diagrams Would like someone with a technical writer background in addition to possessing business analysis skills
