The Senior Business Analyst bridges market need to customer delivery solutions. This requires the ability to evaluate market requirements and translate them into functional specifications, product requirements/stories and functional design documentation. This role provides both business and technical aptitude to design the product and functional processes within the SIS/Amkai product portfolio.

Required Skills
  • Experience working with business processes and re-engineering
  • Knowledge of healthcare based applications
  • Experience working with computer programming concepts
  • Experience working with the interfacing/middle-ware technology
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

  • Experience with enterprise software vendors (McKesson, Cerner, SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience with UML / Agile-SCRUM / Pragmatic Marketing
Required Experience A minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience in a software company

Bachelors Degree in Computer Programming, Business Administration or equivalent experience
