Position Summary:

The Professional Services Business Analyst role is to support the resale of Professional Services offerings, including software packages, equipment enablers and Professional Services. This includes; defining business requirements, building the statement of work documents, and establishing and maintain the project timeline and implementation plan. The Professional Services Business Analyst is responsible for the correct specification defined in the statement of work document(s), and will facilitate management of the project by working with the various technical and sales teams in addition to the integration and ongoing support of Professional Services offerings.


•Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience

•5+ successful sales supporting Document Solutions and Professional Services

•CDIA, AIIM ECM certification preferred but not required

•Proven experience gathering business and technical requirements and architecting solutions

•Cross functional team experience a plus

•Ability to deliver successful projects and customer solutions

•Strong positive written and oral communications and presentations skills

•50% Travel required

  • Evaluate customer business needs and determine methods for improvement utilizing the Toshiba software and hardware product portfolio.

  • Provide consultative support, analysis, and expertise with regards to Professional Services.

  • Provide Solutions to including: service engagement, assessment, remediation planning, and implementation in order to meet established business objectives.

  • Develop deliverables to include, but not limited to, Software & Services Configurations, writing Scopes of Work, and defining Business and Technical requirements.

  • Manage implementation schedules and project timelines for the Solutions division.

  • Promote additional functionality modules and professional service time

  • Other related duties as requested by management; including: product research, customer account reviews, and pre-sales technical support.
