clients as a premium service provider and strategic partner The Analyst Project Manager is responsible for monitoring improving and updating the marketing performance of existing websites and applications It is a web master role for our corporate website and support role for all other websites and applications This person will work closely with the marketing and web development team to coordinate content updates and design and development projects Essential Functions and Responsibilities Responsible for monitoring website content updates and making sure all website content is up to date Able to work within content management system to update content and help others Provide guidance and suggest ways to best present information online using best practices and following the web style guide Manage website design projects large and small Coordinate with members of the online marketing team for opportunities to improve user experience on all websites Use knowledge of web best practices to help define comprehensive requirements related to site improvement projects and marketing launches Elicit requirements using interviews document analysis requirements workshops surveys business process descriptions use cases scenarios business analysis task and workflow analysis Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources reconcile conflicts decompose highlevel information into details abstract up from lowlevel information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document) Use Cases GUI Screen and Interface designs Wireframes) Strong analytical and product management skills required including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Work independently with users to define concepts under direction of project managers Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow Responsible for quality assurance and testing new pages in multiple browsers along with verifying form functionality when updates have been made Design execute and deliver ad hoc and recurring reports analyses and documentation from statistical analysis of multiple internal and external data sources to support website development planning and operations including insights and actionable recommendations on key business drivers of the organization Required Skills Experience working in content management systems preferably SharePoint CMS Has HTML knowledge CSS and be able to make modifications to web pages Knowledge of the software development lifecycle Work closely with the members of the marketing team to manage creative development and execution for all digital initiatives Assist with the integration of marketing brand campaigns across all online mediums Excited about data and finding useful nuggets of information to make smart marketing decisions Be self driven extremely motivated and not require constant supervision Be detail oriented love checklists and checking things off Comfortable working with a team in a fast paced environment able to prioritizemeet deadlines within specific time constraints Be a team player this position works closely with the entire online marketing team Be extremely organized and be able to track and manage projects on time and efficiently Excellent networker with ability to collaborate motivate and influence others Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group executives managers and subject matter experts Qualifications 5 10 years experience in a corporate business environment preferably in marketing Experience managing online content websites Should have a basic understanding of web technology Experience in marketing department working with Marketing product managers and Communications teams Bachelor’s degree required Preferably in business marketing communications administration or information technology Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to drive multiple projects at once and work with a variety of stakeholders Business analyst experience, share point, html, css, website and marketing experience.
