Business Associates represent Next Jump across a variety of functions and actively contribute to our business and culture via interaction with clients, users, and vendors. All Next Jumpers learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions from day one.
This is a role for individuals early in their career to have a unique opportunity to impact the business and be a leader from their first day. Associates gain exposure to various teams within the company and have access to opportunities to continue their education through development programs including mentorship and classes. While we provide tools for success, each Associate's path is determined by self-motivation and results. Other successful Business Associates have started in roles including Office Operations, Customer Service, and Client Relations, and have grown into roles such as Director of Marketing and Chief Branding Officer.
