Position Overview

Provides excellent and courteous Business Center Services to hotels and resorts, and their customers, while exceeding customer service expectations. Assists BC Manager and or DET with daily Business Center operations.

Key Job Responsibilities (Weight %)

Customer Service (85%)

Provides all Business Center services for guests. Responds to all guest requests, as needed (i.e. word processing, providing directions). Maintains a clean and organized office environment.

Supply and Equipment Inventory Maintenance (7.5%)

Provides quotes for Business Center Equipment rentals. Provides business equipment set up and support.

Invoicing (7.5%)

Performs invoicing for clients. Enters and balances billing on the company billing system. Downloads billing and maintains accurate customer files. Provides basic, accurate cash handling including credit cards, while following company policy.

Required Skills

High school diploma/GED with some service related experience required

Must have some Microsoft Office experience

Good written and verbal communication skills in English required

Must have basic business math skills

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule
