A Business Customer Care representative interacts with business customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services as well as handles and resolves complaints to the customer?s satisfaction. Business customers range from small one line customers to large system corporations which require the ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Requests and inquiries are received from business customers in all markets of CCI. Customer requests are received by telephone, postal mail and email.
The candidate for this position must possess strong initiative and organizational skills.
Must possess the ability to quickly learn and maintain multiple processes and system applications in a fast paced and always changing environment.
Must be detailed oriented while still able to meet deadlines and work quickly.
The applicant must enjoy working in a team environment and maintain a good attitude both with customers and team members.
Must have experience with Word/Excel
4-6 years experience in a Customer Service related field preferred
DPI experience preferred
