Summary:
The Medivo Analyst program is designed to help new graduates find their path. As a Business Development Analyst, half of your time will be spent performing administrative and operational tasks to support the Business Development team, while the other half is spent working on projects in areas that you have expressed interest in: e.g. market research, customer identification, sales collateral development & distribution, BD team training & certification, event planning, forecasting, proposals, contracting and client presentations. You will work closely with the leadership individuals on the team of 8-10 Business Development professionals. Our goal is that at the end of 1-2 years, you will be very experienced at all aspects of business development and ready for more responsibilities or another professional role.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to management by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
  • Managing team meetings - from individual weekly session to monthly group reviews to quarterly company outings
  • Managing team member quotas, reviews, and documentation with Finance and HR department input
  • Creating & updating market research reports to identify target customers, target brands, target companies, and where our services drive the highest value
  • Developing sales collateral with the marketing team and BD guidance
  • Supporting BD event planning where customers are invited to attend social outings with educational and team-building activities
  • Managing folder system where all BD support materials are housed for storage, updates, presentations, demos, internal training, testimonials and contracting with clients
  • Salesforce.com updates, reporting and campaign
Assist BD Team Members (e.g. Directors, VPs, SVP & Program Managers) with:
  • Meeting coordination internally and externally
  • Support materials - training, product descriptions, press releases, presentations, contract templates
  • Day to day communications as needed
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Program Management, Medical, Legal, IT & Finance:
  • Ensure BD communication with all groups is facilitated when needed
Requirements:
  • High level of communication skills to manage internal and external expectations of the delivery of our high-value, new-channel healthcare services

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
