The Business Development Associate must have the drive to generate leads for the outside sales team, leveraging top-notch marketing campaigns, lead generating tools and partner relationships. This rapidly growing organization is in need of a highly motivated individual who looks forward to the challenge of engaging new prospects and helping to grow the business.
The Business Development Associate will report to the Business Development Manager and will work closely with multiple teams throughout the organization to ensure the company's long-term success by driving sales. The Business Development Associate role is seen as a developmental role, and you will have the opportunity to grow into more senior roles within the company, which is committed to promoting talent from within.

Desire and ability to meet and exceed quota consistently
Ability to sell consultatively by listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution
Desire to move into enterprise sales position or other customer facing roles encouraged (we promote from within!)
BS/BA from a reputable college or university
Prior selling and/or customer facing experience preferred, but not required
