The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience working in a client services, business development, or primary research role. The individual will feel comfortable working with leads we provide, as well as creating a network of potential clients on their own. Most important, this person must share our passion and energy for developing creative research solutions for our clients. In our business, sales only work if you truly speak the research language and can begin consulting for clients on day 1. The right candidate will feel less like a salesperson than a savvy, problem solving marketing professional.
This position will partner closely with Kelton’s CEO to develop relationships across industries, both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable working on all stages of the process, from networking and capabilities discussions to crafting project proposals and marketing pieces and participating in key research activities in order to foster client relationships.
This position is based on Los Angeles or New York; for the right candidate, we are willing to discuss a compensation package that makes a move to one of these locations feasible.
