Position Purpose:
Under the guidance of the Director, who manages the Open Enrollment portfolio of programs, identifies and develops new opportunities in the executive education market and implements outreach plans to attract and retain targeted client groups. The key emphasis of the position is on client solicitation, increasing sales and expanding the client base.

Skills & Knowledge:
Proven ability to build successful relationships with a sophisticated clientele of companies located throughout the world. Confidence to aggressively sell to high-level audience and continually open doors. Strong interpersonal skills including ability to effectively interact with a diverse audience. Persistence and results-oriented and action-focused. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent sales and presentation skills. High level of integrity and an extraordinary work ethic; desire to be in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse population.

Minimum Experience:
Five plus years of experience in the executive education or academic environment preferred. Experience with and understanding of a sales and marketing function and how the entire system works. Demonstrated track record and experience in selling high-priced, intangible/conceptual products.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA desirable.
