The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and providing data and leads to sales management to support increased cross-selling in all markets. Work with managers in all divisions to develop and utilize tools and processes to ensure effectiveness and consistency.
•Use intelligence that we have on our customers today to help generate new sales opportunities
•Use current customer data to establish a cross-selling strategy and manage account Client marketing cross-selling strategy
•Drive cross-selling in all divisions, maximizing current customer relationships in one division to sell into other divisions.
•Responsible for executing sales strategies to the team
•Develop and manage a team of telemarketers/ sales lead generators to set appointments for outside sales representatives
•Ability to analyze and measure and track growth in cross-selling results, impact of marketing efforts including customer events, and in revenue growth generated by the lead generation team
•Have a very good understanding and managing the CRM tool to generate new business
Education and Experience:
•Bachelor degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
•At least 10 years of successful sales and business development experience.
•Strong experience using and adapting CRM tools to generate new business
•Proven project management skills
•Knowledge and strong understanding of our solutions and go to market strategies
•Proven ability to develop effective teams across groups with differing priorities and interests
•Excellent communication skills, written and oral and in group settings
•Proven strong leadership and motivational skills
•Strongly prefer experience in technology sales and marketing
